Cashier Initiates Payment
An authorized employee enters the customer's phone number, amount in KES, and optional invoice/ticket reference inside SafariPal Pay.

SafariPal Sends M-Pesa Prompt
SafariPal dispatches an STK Push payment prompt securely to Safaricom's M-Pesa API system.

Customer Enters M-Pesa PIN
The customer receives the official Safaricom pop-up prompt on their mobile phone and enters their M-Pesa PIN.

Instant Dashboard Confirmation
SafariPal receives the async transaction result, updates the database, and alerts the cashier with the M-Pesa receipt.
